Comebacks are the best.

Have you ever experienced the sense of satisfaction when clothes fit differently, the confidence to try new things and the glow of self-appreciation and from comments of admiration for your obvious health transformation.

The ZEST of new energy and motivation?

We see alot of amazing comebacks here at HEILEN- we are addicted to our clients comebacks. We recently asked our clients and staff for their top tips to getting started and thought we would share them with you.

  • Start NOW. Don't delay your comeback to start 'on Monday' or next week/month/year, LIFE happens- its full of events and challenges and a comeback is all about working with those obstacles

  • Start SMALL. set little goals each week ( pick 1 or 2), start your day with a warm glass of water, make your bed, take 10 minutes to go for a walk each day, make an appointment to see your doctor/dentist, contact your fitness studio about a free trial. Lots of small, achievable changes add up to bigger sustainable outcomes

  • Start TOGETHER. Have a friend or partner or Coach to keep you accountable to your goal and making those changes. Share your challenges with them and have someone you can celebrate wins with

  • Start MOTIVATED. Have a WHY in mind that really means something- for example, 'I want to be healthier so I can keep up with my kids/be happier/reduce my stress, etc.'

  • Start SCHEDULING. Whip out the diary and pen in your new habits. Block out time for them means fewer surprise distractions, and if something does come up- you can rework the schedule to ensure time

  • Start PRIORITIZING. Your health is invaluable. Great health will enable to you to achieve so much more in your life- you'll be stronger, more confident, happier, more energetic, clearer. Prioritize time in your schedule to practice your health needs, and protect your health goals

  • Start KIND. Dont be critical of slip ups, perfection isnt healthy either! Affirm your motivation/ WHY and consider what can be done to remedy, or start afresh in that moment and keep going
