Terms and Conditions, Navigating your offers, Memberships, packages and vouchers

Hi! I wrote this to help assist with transparency around your membership terms, as well as our offers, specials and vouchers. Please know this is general advice only, if you have any further questions please email Cianne- Founder & Owner.

Introductory offer- $99 for 2 weeks of unlimited wellness classes

Valid for 14 days after date of first visit, and 6 months from point of purchase. Strictly 1 voucher per person. Not available in conjunction with any other offer. One additional voucher may be purchased as a gift for another person. Does not include Semi-private or Private classes.

Cancellation and no-show policies apply per memberships.


Gift vouchers are to the value as written and the expiry as written also. Please treat like cash- if they are physically lost we cannot replace nor are responsible for their replacement. Sale of Gift Vouchers are final and Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged or re-gifted unless in the event your voucher is unsuitable for health purposes, in which case we can transfer the credit to a more appropriate offering.

Non-Gift Vouchers (such as a promotional credit) are valid for 30 days from purchase or claim to use as stated. They are unable to be used in conjunction with any other offer. NGV (Non-Gift Vouchers) may be used as credit towards memberships, packages or casual sessions. They cannot be used on Gift Vouchers. NGV cannot be used on events or retreats unless otherwise stated. One (1) NGV per person.

Memberships & Packages

Please read through your contracts before signing. Signing your agreement is a legal acceptance of the terms of your membership and/or package. Your contract is emailed to you on completion and you are able to fill a paper version if preferable (please advise your Coach if this is the case).

Your contract starts from the date agreed and refers to the minimum term of membership (I.E 1 week, 12 weeks, 6 months (24 weeks)). Thereafter your membership will continue on a week to week basis unless notice is given (minimum 7 business days) in writing to

Memberships are debited upfront on a weekly basis, crediting your account with the sessions for your use each week. Studio Pilates (not Pilates Classes) Credits are available for 21 days, so in the event of a missed appointment (within the early cancellation notice period) a make up session can be arranged before your credit expires (unless this occurs due to late notice or no-show, where forfeiture and penalties may apply). If multiple sessions are missed (due to prolonged illness, unplanned travel, etc.) we can pause the membership for the following week to use up the already purchased credits- this must be requested in writing to

Please make note for all sessions and classes, correct attire, safe and friendly behaviour, and timeliness of arrival for sessions is important to us to ensure a great experience for all of our clients- something we strive proudly for.

3rd Party Packages

In addition to our house policies (note early cancellation periods, late and no show terms, attire, etc.), please refer the your 3rd party platform for Terms and Conditions (Classpass, Groupon, Scoopon, Luxe, etc.). Vouchers must be valid and presented in order to redeem, once redeemed we can credit your account and commence treatment.
