WELLNESS CLASSES

HEILEN is proud to offer an intimate class experience in a beautiful, airy setting.

HEILENs' wellness classes are led by cut-above practitioners trained by the best and back by years of experience; passionate about delivering hands-on classes with beautiful, connected practices, that leave you feeling stronger, more mobile, and safe.

Whether injured, pregnant or post-partum, new to exercise or seeking movement to compliment your other sporting activities, know you are in very capable, caring hands.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

STUDIO CIRCUIT

An intermediate class using all the Pilates studio equipment, including the trapeze table, reformer, ladder barrel, chair and more. Fun and creative, this is a pacy program offering all the benefits of studio in a taster class.  Recommended to attend several Mat Open classes prior.

 

MAT PILATES- OPEN

Our all-goes mat class, designed to improve overall strength and flexibility, coordination and balance. These classes have a clinical undertone and will assist in post-rehabilitation from injury or surgery. Instructors will modify or intensify each exercise to adapt to all individuals. Open to all fitness levels.

MAT PILATES- ADVANCED

Our Advanced Mat class will put your ability to the test as we flow with strength, length, control, coordination and balance. The instructor for this class is Polestar-specific, so if you are studying for your exams, here's your opportunity to practice the moves not regularly taught in other mat classes! By invitation only, sorry, not recommended for pregnancy and those with significant injuries.

 

MAT PILATES- RECOVER

A 'feel-good' class that keeps movement yoga-like, we mix in self-myofascial release, loosening up tight muscles and "trigger points". Finish or start your day feeling lighter, taller and more mobile. Open to all fitness levels.

YOGA- CHI

Connect body and spirit with flows designed to restore and ground you. Lisa Lin, Chinese Yogi brings years of experience to your mat for a balancing practice that will leave you uplifted and opened. Open to all fitness levels.

YOGA- FLOW

Flowy movements and energetic transitions can be expected from Lisa's Vinyasa classes. A more progressive class compared to the Chi class, finish your practice warm, glowing , relaxed and hearty. Open to all fitness levels.

STUDYING PILATES?

We are a Polestar-specific studio, and gladly welcome student to complete observation, mastery and assist-teaching hours with us, for Matwork, Reformer and Studio. Please email the studio to book in.
