HEILEN Pilates offers the full suite of Pilates equipment to ensure variety, release and challenge for everyone. Featuring equipment from Australia's own Pilates Equip, including the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wanda Chair, Spine Corrector and Barrel, other equipment supplied from reputable (and where possible, Australian) brands.
Our Instructors are trained by the best and are comprehensive in their education and experience from reputable schooling (Polestar).

PRIVATE AND SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS
1:1 or 1:3, these sessions are tailored to you, your needs and goals. Whether you are injured, pregnant, post partum, new to Pilates, or experienced and looking for a challenge, our team of Coaches will have you progressing with every session- more flexible, stronger, better posture, technically correct movement, and niggles and tightness managed.
Small group classes to ensure our Coaches are still hands on with technical support and correction.
We offer classes with 'low-impact, high outcome' in mind.

Essential for beginners or those wanting a safe and effective class experience. In Foundations, we focus on technique and form to help you master the fundamentals of Pilates. You will learn body awareness and how to move safely and build fitness without pain. This class is ideal for all levels and is easily modified for those with physical limitations.
STRETCH & ALIGN
Our all-goes mat class, designed to improve overall strength and flexibility, coordination and balance. These classes have a clinical undertone and will assist in post-rehabilitation from injury or surgery. Suitable to all fitness levels, instructors will modify or intensify each exercise to adapt to all individuals.
ROLL & RELEASE
A 'feel-good' class that keeps movement yoga-like, we mix in self-myofascial release, loosening up tight muscles and "trigger points". Finish or start your day feeling lighter, taller and more mobile. Open to all levels.
Practice 'Pilates of the Mind' with stillness, focus and guided breath-work at heart. Discover skills to switch off the busy mind, relax the body, tap into parasympathetic nerves and more.
