Looking for a fun and unique activity for your child/ren these school holidays?
Children 4-8yrs are invited to join Catherine from My Yoga Playground for a playful and interactive kids yoga workshop to experience the magic and benefits of kids yoga and mindfulness.
They will be guided through playful yoga sequences, fun partner poses, interactive breathing exercises, engaging games, mindful activities and relaxation to nurture their whole being.
A wonderful introduction for children who are curious about yoga and keen to learn healthy habits to develop a strong and resilient body, an open and compassionate heart, and a confident and calm mind.
