WHERE DO I START?

We all have different needs and goals, so we recommend that your first session be a consultation- we offer those complimentary. During your consultation our Coaches will assess your goals and introduce you to the HEILEN offering, working with you to establishing a best-fit program for your success. From here you can purchase trials, assessments or sign up for memberships.  You can book a complimentary consultation here.

I'M NEW TO SCULPT

We recommend beginners take up our combination treatments (HDC and exercise) at 3x per week to maximize results. Depending on the goal and needs, we recommend a program at this intensity for 12 weeks, for best results and long-term success. 

Alternatives to this timeline or intensity of the program are available and best discussed with our SCULPT Coaches to ensure a great fit for you.

At the end of the 'intensive' program, we have lifestyle packages to keep you accountable to your new lifestyle, and to keep your results coming. Start your SCULPT journey here.

I'M NEW TO PILATES/YOGA

We recommend beginners take up our Introductory Studio Pilates  package before advancing to private, semi-private and group mat classes. You can start Pilates and Yoga classes if you do not have any major injuries and are currently exercising. Please discuss this with our Practitioners before your first class.

I'M INJURED OR RECOVERING FROM INJURY

If you have injuries, start your rehabilitation with a consultation. We offer passive/massage treatment to reduce inflammation, low-impact SCULPT exercise, and Private Studio Pilates with our comprehensively trained (and registered) Pilates Practitioners.
